Beer Battered Walleye Sandwich

This Beer Battered Walleye sandwich recipe will have you looking for the next flight to the Midwest!

People in the south and the Midwest are basically just like two long lost twins separated by how much they like the cold. Both are known for hospitality and overall friendliness, both love hunting and fishing, and most importantly both love a good fish fry!!

This is just a continuation of the beer-battered walleye recipe I made a couple of weeks ago. I threw those fried walleye filets on some Hawaiian buns with coleslaw and oh my goodness…it was soooo good! The recipe isn’t long. Just take it as an idea for any walleye burning a hole in your freezer. Overall, I hope you guys enjoy this as much as my family did!
