yellow onion

aka white beans

white shredded cheddar

Serve with:

jalapeños

Instructions
Add meat, onion, peppers and seasonings to the bowl of your slow cooker.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with salsa verde. Add lid and cook covered on low for 5-6 hours.
Mix, breaking apart the meat a little. It should be tender.
Stir in beans, cheddar, and cilantro.
Cook until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
Assemble your bowl and ENJOY!
