Yellowfin Tuna Sushi Bake

Ingredients
Tuna Mixture:

Yellowfin Tuna
cubed
1/4

Sriracha

sesame oil

rice vinegar

cream cheese
cubed
2
stalks
green onions
chopped

Kewpie mayo
Rice Mixture:
1
C
rice
1C of uncooked rice, cooked
2.5
T
rice vinegar

tsp
salt
1.5

sugar
Toppings and Extra Ingredients:
Furikake rice seasoning
Kewpie mayo
Sriracha
roasted seaweed snacks
or a fork/chopsticks... however you want to eat it :)
Instructions
Tuna:
Combine all of the ingredients under tuna mixture in a bowl and set aside. Cream cheese will be chunky. This is good!
Rice:
Combine all of the ingredients under rice mixture in a bowl and set aside.
Assembly:
Preheat oven to the broil setting.
In a 9x9 pan, press the rice mixture down.
Sprinkle the top of the rice with furikake seasoning.
Top rice with tuna mixture. Spread evenly.
Top with more furikake, Sriracha, and Kewpie mayo.
Broil for 10 minutes or until desired done-ness!
Pair with seaweed or eat with a fork/chopsticks. ENJOY!
