Add chicken broth, cream of mushroom, onion powder, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, and chopped onion to the crockpot.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Add rabbit and spoon over mixture to make sure rabbit is covered.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Once the rabbit can be shred, remove all of the bones and shred into bite size pieces.
Add broccoli, sour cream, rice, and cheese.
Mix until well combined.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until the rice is cooked.
Top with cheese, fried onions, and paprika. Replace lid and let the heat melt the cheese.
Serve with sour cream, hot sauce, and additional cheese if desired. Enjoy!
