Delicious vinaigrette with foraged sorrel to give a little lemony acidic flavor.
Servings: 1 bottle
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 2 T water
- 3/4 C oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sorrel or more if you want more of a lemony taste
Grab some sorrel out of your backyard (or wherever you can find some).
Chop your sorrel finely, but still rough enough to see pieces in your vinaigrette.
Add all of your ingredients to your dressing bottle.
Shake and let refrigerate overnight.
Shake well and put on top of your favorite salad.
