LOVE! I did find the rosemary overwhelming so I cut it in half the second time I made it and reduced the red pepper a bit and it was perfect!

I’ve cooked this a few times now and it’s the beginning of the season so I got 12 fresh pheasants my hubbie dresses , my guests said it was as restaurant quality as x thank you , I would love some other recipes to do x

Your recipe indicates just sautéing in a pan but no indication of cooking in a fat.
