I cooked them all in the same skillet without pulling anything out. I just staggered everything to get them all done at the same time.

Yep. Amazing. I’d ordered some elk online, and my spouse was wondering what the heck we’d ever do with it. I used half the butter, omitted the garlic, and added rosemary sprigs at the same time as the thyme, but otherwise followed the directions to the letter. It produced fabulous results. Now I need to order some more elk. Thanks immensely.
